About us
We have been a reliable partner for more than 24 years for trading and storing spare and wear parts for the repair and maintenance of track construction machines and railway freight wagons as well as components for conversions and new-builts.
Our customers appreciate the flexibility in terms of general availability of parts and also the delivery independent of quantites. All standard products are always available at short notice due to storage at our location. In cooperation with logistic partners we also take over the complete handling of all freight and customs formalities.
Since 2013 we are located in the industrial area Rheine-Nord with direct links to motorway A30, A-road B70, inland harbour Dortmund-Ems-Channel as well as railway sidings at the KLV container terminal Rheine.
On a property of 18.000m² we have besides around 500m² office space for our team an inside storage capacity of approximate 3.000m² with more than 1.200 pallet spaces and an outside storage area of around 5.000m².
Our warehouses are equipped with 5t and 10t cranes for handling even complete bogies and wheelsets.
Besides TF25 wheel pans and TF25 axles we deliver Y-Series wheels and axles as well as wheels and axles for HS1, HR2, HR2-UK, MPV. In addition to the delivery of components we also offer overhaul of wheelsets.
For bogies we deliver all main components of Y-Series bogies and stock on average around 150.000 components. Besides all coil springs we supply sidebearer units and components, suspension links, manganese wearplates, Railko NF21 CPL and SBL, plunger, trunnions and all kind of brake rigging pins and bushes.
In cooperation with our partners we offer all kind of overhauls of brake components (Knorr Bremse, Dako, Faiveley, SAB Wabco, Oerlikon, Poli, MZT, Westinghouse). All overhauls are done as per OEM-specification using OEM-items only. Besides the overhaul we also supply new components to create float material or replacement in case of items being BER.
For headstock we supply besides Cat. A+C buffer all kind of drawgears (RG12, RG12S, RG15, RG20, ZE445), drawhooks with different break loads (1000kN, 1220kN, 1500kN) und Längen (448mm bis 618mm), screw couplings with different break loads (850kN, 1220kN, 1350kN), tailpins with with different break loads (1000kN, 1220kN, 1500kN) as well as all kind of buffering elements (MINER TecsPak© or rubber elements ORE10421) and spare parts.
Since 2019 we have been the exclusive dealer for Europe for W.H. MINER ENTERPRISES (Geneva/USA). MINER has been supplying for more than 30 years patented TecsPak® spring elements into Europe for side buffers (30kJ, 35kJ, 40kJ) and pulling devices (RG15, RG20, LFTS) as well as cushioned draw.
From our location we deliver all MINER standard products such as TS-2, ST9-2, 30kJ/35kJ/40kJ,
S-110, KP-110 and KKPG pads 1500kN/2000kN.
For On-Track-Machinery we supply OEM-wheels and axles for MFS-wagons, cleaning machines and tamping machines. Besides wheels and axles we also supply cylindrical roller bearings, TBU bearings and TAROL bearings. All common wheel diameters are always available ex stock (730mm, 760mm, 850mm, 920mm).
